Refined and deeply personal, our Sterling Silver Chevron Ring features a single hand-braided inlay of your horse’s mane or tail hair, set seamlessly into a softly curved chevron band. The gentle V-shape flatters the finger and stacks beautifully with our Barefoot Centerpiece Ring — or stands elegantly on its own.

Each ring is individually handcrafted in our Vermont studio by Rachel and Ian using traditional metalsmithing techniques and your horse’s hair, carefully preserved within the design. The braid is sealed and protected to ensure longevity while honoring the natural beauty and variation of each strand.

Whether worn in celebration of a partnership still unfolding, or as a quiet tribute to a once-in-a-lifetime connection, this ring becomes more than jewelry — it becomes a story you carry with you.

  • 1. Place your order

    Choose your piece and complete checkout as usual.

    2. Send us your horse’s hair

    After placing your order, please mail a small lock of your horse’s hair to us using the instructions below.

    *The amount of hair needed is about the diameter of a thin craft paintbrush. Please send us at least 100 to 200 strands of hair (if possible), at about 6 to 12 inches in length… It’s really not much. IMPORTANT! Your horse’s hair can get damaged or lost if it's not packaged properly. Be sure to package the hair in a padded mailer labeled with your order number and the first and last name the order was placed under.
