With great care, a lock of your horse’s hair is braided and permanently inlaid into the cuff, set against the enduring beauty of solid sterling silver. The larger horseshoe adds weight, dimension, and symbolism—making this bracelet an ideal choice for those who prefer a more pronounced statement piece without sacrificing balance or wearability.

Optional interior engraving allows you to personalize the bracelet with a name, date, or short inscription, creating a lasting tribute to a horse that has shaped your life.

    Choose your piece and complete checkout as usual.

    2. Send us your horse’s hair

    After placing your order, please mail a small lock of your horse’s hair to us using the instructions below.

    *The amount of hair needed is about the diameter of a thin craft paintbrush. Please send us at least 100 to 200 strands of hair (if possible), a minimum of 10 to 14 inches or more in length. IMPORTANT! Your horse’s hair can get damaged or lost if it's not packaged properly. Be sure to package the hair in a padded mailer labeled with your order number and the first and last name the order was placed under.

    Your jewelry is handcrafted using your horse’s hair in our Vermont studio.

    4. Your piece ships to you

    Any unused hair is returned with your finished piece.

  • To determine your size, use a measuring tape to measure the actual circumference of your wrist. Compare your measurement to the following size guide:

    • Child Size: Wrist under 4" to 4¾"
      (Typically for children)

    • Extra Small: Wrist 4¾" to 5¼"

    • Small: Wrist 5¼" to just over 6"

    • S–Medium: Wrist 6" to 6¼"

    • Medium: Wrist 6¼" to 6¾"
      (Most common size)

    • Medium–Large: Wrist 6¾" to 7¼"

    • Large: Wrist 7½" to 7¾"

    • Extra Large: Wrist over 7¾"

      If you’re between sizes or unsure, sizing up is usually the safest choice. Each cuff can be gently adjusted for a comfortable fit. Our cuffs allow for slight adjustment, but should not be over-bent.
